You can register to vote in Missouri by appearing in person at your local County Clerk’s Office or by contacting the following local agencies:

  • Medicaid Office

  • Dept. of Revenue Licensing Offices

  • Centers for Independent Living

  • Aide to Families with Dependent Children Office

  • Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Benefits Office

The Secretary of State's website has a voter registration card you can fill out online, print, and mail to your election authority (listed here).
